Would still consider staying here again, really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The property offers a continental breakfast. The staff are VERY KIND and the location is marvellous in the middle of jackson.

We had an amazingly comfortable room.

Our room was nicely updated, included climate control, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a couch bed...

The rooms were spacious, and we enjoyed visiting local spots like the nearby amphitheater and a cool game center. Make sure to check the outdoor lounge area. It's a great hangout!

The only downside was the rude front desk service. It made the check-in a bit awkward, disappointing.

The location was super convenient, only a short drive from downtown Reno. Our family of five, including two teens, enjoyed the large suite with enough space to kick back. Premium TV channels kept the kids entertained during downtime.

My children wished there were more healthy breakfast choices for picky eaters. The noisy neighbors disrupted our sleep, and reaching the front desk for assistance felt impossible.

Huge rooms, but shower had hairs. Wi-Fi and pool were nice.

I loved the spacious Suite with a King bed and sofa bed, perfect for a couple's getaway! The breakfast was stellar, with tasty options that fueled my adventures. And let me tell you, Isabella, she's a gem!

Solo traveler not totally disappointed

The room I had was spacious and nicely updated and I really appreciated the quiet, I could lay back and think without the outside noise bothering me also the housekeeping staff were awesome and professional like they really knew what they were doing which is rare these days

It wasn't cheap but I guess for the level of comfort acceptable
